Email support@urbanflexwear.com with your order number within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has not entered our processing queue yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. After 12 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.

No. Sales tax is not added at checkout. The total shown at checkout, before you pay, is the final amount you pay.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (handling time), then arrive within 3-5 business days after that, so 4-8 business days in total within the 50 states. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses take about 8-18 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.

We ship within the United States only: all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or other countries.

A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items (apparel unworn and unwashed, other items unused) for a refund. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

The process typically involves about 1-2 weeks for the package to reach us, 2-3 business days for warehouse inspection, then 5-7 business days for refund processing. Your bank takes another 5-10 business days to post the refund (PayPal is usually faster). Overall, expect about 3-6 weeks from the day you ship the item back.

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order in the size you need. Return shipping for size issues is paid by the customer. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless noted otherwise on the product page, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve fabric quality and print detail.
