Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
UrbanFlexWear offers a 30-day return guarantee on most items. This policy separates returns that are our fault (damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described items) from returns that are your choice (changed mind, sizing issues).
You have exactly 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
The clock starts when the carrier marks your package as delivered. Weekends and holidays count toward the 30 days.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible, a returned item must be in the same condition you received it:
- Apparel and hats: unworn and unwashed
- Mugs, cups, and other items: unused
- All original tags intact, where applicable
- Original packaging preserved
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- No alterations or modifications
Worn or used items, even if worn or used only once, are rejected.

How to Request a Return
- Email support@urbanflexwear.com within 30 days of delivery, or within 7 calendar days if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Include your order number, the email used for the order, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, report it within 7 calendar days of delivery and attach clear photos (see our Shipping Policy). Returns for other reasons, such as sizing or a change of mind, can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take about 3-6 weeks in total from the day you ship the item back, made up of these steps:
- Return shipping to us: about 1-2 weeks
- Warehouse inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Your bank's posting time: 5-10 business days (PayPal is usually faster)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
